Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
be unused and in the same condition that you received it
be in its original packaging, where possible
Include your order number or proof of purchase
be returned within 30 days of delivery
Please note that all return requests must be made and approved before any item is sent back.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@bookishbynatika.store with:
Your order number
the item(s) you would like to return
the reason for the return, if you wish to share it
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

digital products
items marked as final sale
