At this time, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
As Bookish by Natika continues to grow, we hope to offer international shipping in the future.
# 2. Free UK Delivery
We are pleased to offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all eligible orders.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Any future shipping promotions or delivery options will be clearly displayed on our website.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During busy periods, including seasonal launches, promotions or public holidays, processing times may occasionally be longer.
4. Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–4 business days depending on your location within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Delays
While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, Bookish by Natika cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
- severe weather;
- courier delays;
- industrial action;
- public holidays;
- transport disruption;
- events affecting delivery networks.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate before completing your order.
Bookish by Natika cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- an incorrect address was provided;
- delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful;
- The parcel was not collected from the courier;

9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs before opening it.
